Processing of personal data (EU Regulation 679/2016 )

If you wish, you may contact us, as expressly stated in the aforementioned Privacy and Cookies Policy, to exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data and restriction or opposition to processing.
On the other hand, one will have the right to revoke the consent given and the right to complain before the Italian Data Protection Agency.

Right of Withdrawal

The purpose of www.giuliasorvillodiserino.com ("Giulia Sorvillo") is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, without penalty, within ten (10) business days from the day you received the products purchased from www.giuliasorvillodiserino.com . Products to be returned must be delivered to the carrier within 10 working days from the date of their receipt. The products can be returned by shipping the package through the courier indicated by Giulia Sorvillo (TNT), or through another shipper, only after filling out the Return Form. To obtain the Return Form, simply email us at info@giuliasorvillodiserino.com Once you send us the completed form, we will send you the return number to write on the package.
On the other hand, it is not possible to change the chosen item with another one.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have been properly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:
a. In order to use the right of withdrawal, you must contact our customer service by e-mail to info@giuliasorvillodiserino.com within ten (10) working days from the date of delivery. The notice may also be sent, within the same period, by registered mail to the address of Giulia Sorvillo, Via Via Gen. C.A. Dalla Chiesa, 37 - 03012 Anagni (FR) or by telegram, fax, to 026552631, to be confirmed, at your discretion, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the next forty-eight hours;
b. products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
c. products must be returned in their original packaging.
d. returned products must be sent to Giulia Sorvillo in a single shipment. In fact, Giulia Sorvillo reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
e. returned products must be delivered to the courier within ten (10) working days starting from the date you received the products

If you have met all the required conditions, Giulia Sorvillo will refund the full price of the purchased products. Shipping costs for the original delivery of the purchased products will not be refunded. The return shipping will be your responsibility.
Conversely, you will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you may choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. Should you refuse this shipment Giulia Sorvillo reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.

Time and method of reimbursement

After Giulia Sorvillo has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. Whatever method of payment you used (credit/debit card, cash on delivery), the refund is activated by Giulia Sorvillo in the shortest time possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once it has verified that the withdrawal was made in compliance with the conditions above.
The actual time for re-crediting or returning the amounts you paid for the purchase of products depends on the payment method you used:
- Credit/debit card purchase: the time it takes to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. Please note that the value date of the chargeback is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
- PayPal purchase: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual refund to your credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
- payment by wire transfer: reimbursement is made to the bank account you indicate, so the time of reimbursement depends on the correctness of the data you enter; normally the re-credit is made within thirty (30) days.
In the case of a gift, reimbursement of the amounts will be made to the person who made the payment.
