Giulia Sorvillo di Serino

After a degree, two master’s degrees and a course in Flower Arrangement at London’s prestigious Constance Spry Flower School, my passion for making things by hand — and for experimenting with colour combinations — gradually took over, overcoming any lingering hesitation towards the luxury of creativity. My philosophy is simple: to create luxurious, handmade pieces using natural materials, while keeping them accessible. Every creation begins with a careful selection of materials, chosen with respect for the environment and with sustainability in mind. To me, luxury should be “luxocratic”: a form of micro-luxury that is accessible, ethical and essential, exploring materials in their purest, most tactile form. I simply cannot do without freshwater pearls. Elegance, after all, comes from taste — and taste finds one of its finest expressions in a palette enhanced by the white, grey and pink tones of these extraordinary natural treasures. Every piece is made entirely by hand and brought to life by carefully selected natural stones. From this personal vision of jewellery as fashion come earrings, necklaces, bracelets, clutches, hair accessories, cufflinks and even pieces created for our closest four-legged companions.
