Right of Withdrawal

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, without penalty, within ten (10) working days from the date on which you received the products purchased from [www.giuliasorvillodiserino.com](http://www.giuliasorvillodiserino.com).Items to be returned must be handed over to the courier within 10 working days of receipt. Products may be returned using the courier designated by Giulia Sorvillo (TNT), or another carrier, but only after completing the Returns Form.To request the Returns Form, simply email us at [info@giuliasorvillodiserino.com](mailto:info@giuliasorvillodiserino.com). Once we receive the completed form, we will send you a return authorisation number to write on the parcel.
It is not possible to exchange the item you have chosen for another.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have been properly exercised provided that all of the following conditions are fully met:
a. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact our Customer Service team by email at [info@giuliasorvillodiserino.com](mailto:info@giuliasorvillodiserino.com) within ten (10) working days of the delivery date. Within the same period, notice may also be sent by registered post to Giulia Sorvillo, Via Gen. C.A. Dalla Chiesa, 37 – 03012 Anagni (FR), Italy, or by telegram or fax to +39 02 6552631. At your discretion, any such notice may be confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following forty-eight hours.
b. the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
c. the products must be returned in their original packaging;
d. the returned products must be sent back to Giulia Sorvillo in a single shipment. Giulia Sorvillo reserves the right not to accept items from the same order if they are returned and shipped separately at different times;
e. the returned products must be handed over to the courier within ten (10) working days from the date on which you received them.

If you have met all the required conditions, Giulia Sorvillo will refund the full purchase price of the products. The original delivery charges will not be refunded. The cost of returning the products will be your responsibility.
If your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out above, we will contact you. In this case, you may choose to have the purchased products sent back to you at your own expense. If you refuse this delivery, Giulia Sorvillo reserves the right to retain both the products and the amount paid for their purchase.

Refund Times and Methods

Once Giulia Sorvillo has received your return and checked that all the required conditions have been met, you will receive an email confirming that the return has been accepted. Regardless of the payment method used (credit/debit card or cash on delivery), Giulia Sorvillo will process the refund as quickly as possible and, in any event, within thirty (30) days from the date on which it was informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal, once it has verified that the return complies with the conditions set out above.
The actual time required for the amount paid for the products to be credited back to you or refunded depends on the payment method used:
– purchases made by credit/debit card: the time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on the card issuer. Please note that the value date of the refund will be the same as that of the original charge, so you will not incur any loss in terms of bank interest.
– purchases made via PayPal: the refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The time required for the funds to be credited back to your card from your PayPal account depends on the card issuer.
– payments made by bank transfer: the refund will be made to the bank account you provide, so the processing time will depend on the accuracy of the account details supplied. Refunds are normally credited within thirty (30) days.
In the case of a gift, the refund will be issued to the person who made the original payment.
